Getting Started
So much planning goes into an event, leave the worry of social media content to us.
We will take care of planning the photography, capturing those important moments and provide you with a preview of photographs within 24 hours for you to share on social media and with your delegates. (We can even get photos during the event too)!
There are many parts to the day, from set up to greeting delegates, networking, speakers, drinks reception and even parties - we will be there to capture it all.
How we work
Strategy call to understand what marketing you are currently doing, the plan for your marketing and overall objective.
Plan - we create a plan for your event - who we need, location, timings and what photographs you need.
This covers:

Any branding and set up photos i.e empty room shots / uniform / coffee mugs

Capture the day as it goes

Shoot day - we have lots of fun capturing the day. If you need anything on the day, just let us know, we always do our best to help and say yes whenever we can.
Aftercare - receive a preview of photographs within 24 hours! The remainder of your photographs within 2 weeks from your shoot (if you need sooner, let us know). Help with resizing, cropping or filters for when you use your photographs.
Optional - Strategy meeting AFTER your event to go through the photographs you have and plan them into your marketing.
